Cows

Our Cows – Our Life

O sacred Desi cow, gentle and kind,
A living blessing for humankind.
From ancient lands where Vedas flow,
Your holy presence makes hearts glow.

With calm eyes deep and patient grace,
Peace itself rests on your face.
You walk the earth so soft, so slow,
Teaching the world how love should grow.

Your milk is purity, white and true,
Nourishing life in all we do.
Your ghee ignites the sacred flame,
In every yajna, chants your name.

You ask for little — grass and care,
Yet give us health beyond compare.
From dung and urine, fields revive,
By you alone does nature thrive.

O Gomata, mother divine,
In your breath, the winds align.
Where Desi cows are loved and fed,
There poverty and fear have fled.

May every home hear your gentle call,
May your protection uplift us all.
For where you stand in silent prayer,
Dharma, peace, and hope live there.
